For years, I was always trying the latest fad diets, obsessing over food  and counting calories. I in constant war with food and my own body. I was deep in the binge-restrict cycle, feeling anxious and guilty about everything I ate.

My recovery journey was pivotal in why I went to university and studied to become a Accredited Practicing Dietitian and underwent additional training to become a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders.

Now, help people find a more sustainable, compassionate approach to eating. One that aligns with your values, not diet culture. One that supports nourishment, not perfection, and one that brings you toward feeling  peaceful around food again.
